If you are upset with your body structure and you wanted to gain muscles or lose fats without struggling hard at gym, well its not that difficult though.
300 Push-ups a day for 30 Days:
If your maximum is under 50 push-ups, do 200 a day. If your maximum is above 75, do 300 push-ups a day. Remember first you have to reach till 300 push-ups mark to start of your Day 1 Exercise.
300 push-ups should be done in a minimum reps of 50 with minimum sets of 6. There should not be a gap of more than 2 min between each set and your daily workout should not exceed from one hour. It should not take you longer than 60 minutes to do all 300 push-ups. If it does that means you are not ready yet. This will also prevent injuries to your body.

He tried this by doing 100 push-ups at morning, 100 at afternoon and 100 at night, still he has gains muscles and reduced some fats
Well it is not just the workout that will help you gain weight, you have to maintain proper diet because doing 300 push-ups require a lot of energy. There are just two little things you should add into you daily diet plans.
1- Two Egg-whites before workout:
Egg-whites contains enormous amount of protein. According to Kanter, “High-quality protein helps build muscles and allows people to feel full longer and stay energized, which can help them maintain a healthy weight.”
2- Banana Shake after workout:
Banana shake carries vast amount of Fiber and protein. After your workout it will refill the amount of energy you have consumed during workout and will make you ready for the next day also. It also helps in gaining muscles.
